Keepsake Cidery is a family-owned orchard, cidery, winery, and tasting room in Faribault. They specialize in crafting delicious, high-quality cider, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages using locally farmed and foraged ingredients. Their natural ciders and wines are made with time-honored techniques and native yeast, truly embodying the local terroir and seasons

Visitors are invited to their cozy tasting room on the farm to enjoy their beverages paired with local food. Keepsake cultivates a variety of fruits, with over 50 cider-specific apple varieties at their organic farm. They also source unique fruits from partner orchards and vineyards in the Upper Mississippi River Valley.

Their ciders are natural and unfiltered, utilizing spontaneous fermentation. They range from medium sweet to bone dry, with diverse flavors. The tasting room, nestled among old-growth forest, offers indoor and outdoor seating and is available for special occasion rentals.
