Have you ever wanted to learn how to embroider? Now is your chance! Join the Rice County Historical Society for the second event in our workshop series and learn the basics of embroidery! Our demonstrator Marie Tuma will show participants how to stamp embroidery patterns and start stitching away. Those who sign up will get an embroidery kit, sewing hoop, and will walk away with a completed piece!
Marie Tuma is the Vice President of the Rice County Historical Society and a long-time volunteer. She’s been responsible for several of RCHS’s exhibits as well as helping processing our collections. She has made a hobby of embroidery and quilting, and recently led a quilting workshop. Thank you to Marie for sharing her expertise!
Price is $20 for Members and $25 for Non-Members! Seats are limited so call 507-332-2121 to reserve a spot, or visit our website at rchistory.org!
