If you love live music, you’ll love the Paradise Center for the Arts as they have a wide selection of music picked out for the year. On Saturday, February 2nd, Buddy Holly Not Fade Away 60th Anniversary Show is sure to delight audiences. Church of Cash brings classic country to Faribault on March 1. With something for everyone, Deuces Wild Dueling Pianos will have audiences singing along on June 7th. A summer celebration and 12 hours of music fill downtown streets for the annual Blue Collar BBQ Music and Arts Festival on August 10th with Martin Zellar and the Hardways headlining. Takin’ It To the Limit, a Tribute to the Eagles is the perfect way to spend a fall day on September 27th. In October, don’t miss the New and Emerging MN Music Showcase with headliners Triple Stitch and Marah in the Mainsail. Classic rock fans are sure to flock downtown on November 15th for Free Fallin’, and evening of Tom Petty Music. And when the holiday cheer strikes, book your tickets to Mick Sterling’s At Christmas on December 19th.
Theater buffs should mark their calendars for Last Train to Nibroc, which is on stage February 15-17 and 21-23. The Savannah Sipping Society will be performed on April 5-7 and 11-13. Disney Newsies the Broadway Musical is sure to be a great show September 13-15 and 18-22. And for the young at heart, Peter Pan The Boy Who Would Not Grow Up takes the stage December 6-8 and 12-15.
Extreme Juggling and Improv Comedy will delight audiences on January 25 as the Danger Committee performs. If you’re looking for a laugh, C Willi Myles will be in Faribault on March 30 and is sure to get a giggle. On May 4th, put on a dress or sport coat and your biggest hat and head to the Big Hats Big Hearts Kentucky Derby Party. Award winning comedian Jen Kober is back by popular demand at the Paradise Center for the Arts for a night of Wine, Women, and Comedy.
