Founded in 1987 as an alumni band of Gustavus Adolphus College, Bend in the River has recorded five CDs! Playing music from the Great American Songbook to some of the best of modern swing, we love to bring our appreciation of this art form to everyone. With our lovely vocalist Linnea Nelson-Marrin, eighteen fine musicians, and the direction of Steve Truran, Bend in River Bend will get your feet moving and hands clapping!
